Your goal is clearing three challenges on each of the eight floors - more in later floors, when challenges are split into two portions - and you earn stars depending on how quickly you complete that floor's trials.
The Abyss Corridor is the introductory set of challenges you can access as soon as you unlock the Spiral Abyss. The Spiral Abyss has two corridors, the Abyss Corridor and the Lunar Spire. After this, a wind current will spawn and a blackhole that leads to the entrance of the Spiral Abyss. You can use your elemental sight to locate the seelies. Guide each of the three seelies around the platform back to their court.
Near the end of the cliff, you should be able to find a place like this: Once reaching that, head over to Cape Oath out in far eastern Mondstadt. The Spiral Abyss unlocks once you reach Adventurer Rank 20.
